Richmond Slaps 6-3 Loss on Biblers
|
Stephen Thomas was a major factor in the 6-3 Richmond win over Guttenberg. The Chinese third baseman went 2 for 4 with 2 home runs, while adding 3 RBI and scoring twice. The loss makes Guttenberg 1-1.
Thomas had a clutch at-bat in the top of the sixth for the Chinese. Coming up with a runner on 2nd and Richmond trailing 2-1, he hit a 2-run home run.
"If we play like this, we can win a lot of games," Thomas told the Richmond Gazette.
