Munoz Cracks 5 Hits
Pedro Munoz did a number on the Twins in the Las Vegas 11-2 victory today, and the number was 5. The Rollers right fielder banged out 5 hits in 5 at-bats at Omnibus Park to lead his club past the Minnesota Twins.

"I felt good in the batter's box today," he said later. "I had confidence in my swing and knew that it was there and that I could get the job done."

Pedro Munoz hit a two-run home run off Jayson Verlander in the 1st, singled in the 2nd, hit an RBI single in the 4th, singled in the 6th and doubled in the 8th.

For the season Munoz has produced 41 hits in 121 at-bats for a .339 average with 8 home runs and gotten on base at a .370 clip.
