The home crowd was treated to a thrilling, walk-off win.

Barnstormers center fielder Rick Ridnour put his stamp on his team's 6-5 win over the Gastonia Honey Hunters. Ridnour went 3 for 5 with a home run and a double, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once for Lancaster in the contest. Kevin Evers earned the win after being summoned from the bullpen. The left-hander allowed 1 run on 1 hit in 1.2 innings. His record is now 3-5.

The game came to a dramatic end. In the bottom of the ninth, with Lancaster trailing 5-4, Ridnour hit a changeup from David Thelen for a 2-run home run, giving the Barnstormers the walk-off win.
