Behind an impressive start by Cedric Yandell, Parramatta beat St. Kilda, 4-1. The triumph makes Parramatta 18-37.

The Giants got a big hit from catcher Willie Bendall. In the bottom of the sixth, Bendall pounded a run-scoring triple to right-center. His 1st triple of the season put the Giants ahead, 3-1.

"This level of focus will win us a lot of ballgames," Bendall said after the game.
