Bryan Helps Wests Cruise to 12-3 Win
The rain did not keep Wests and Parramatta from finishing their game.

The Wests Tigers met little resistance from the Parramatta Giants, beating them 12-3 at Paramatta Fields. Daniel Bryan led the way. He went 3-6 with 2 doubles. He scored 3 times and drove in 4 for Wests. The winning pitcher was Matt Bracher. His record is now 1-2. The right-hander went 7.1 innings, allowing 3 runs on 9 hits for the Tigers.

Wests grabbed the momentum in the top of the fifth, when Bryan, who is tied for 10th in the WL in hits with 16, hit a 2-run double. His 4th double of the season put the Tigers out in front, 3-1.

"Nice to score a bunch of runs," said Bryan after the game.

The Giants, now 3-10, continue their inauspicious start.
