Dragons Suffer 2-1 Loss to Parramatta
|
Parramatta picked up a win at Paramatta Fields, toppling the St. George Dragons, 2-1. Pitcher David Ryan was one of the reasons the Giants triumphed. Parramatta, with the win, is 8-20.
Braxton Byford hit a run-scoring triple off Fredrick Dwennon in the bottom of the sixth, which put the Giants in front, 2-1. Byford had 1 single, in addition to the triple. For the game, he went 2 for 3.
"I'm just happy to help the team win," Byford told the Parramatta Gazette.
