FSL's Best Player, Brasher of Charlotte Monday, August 10th , 2054 Speak softly and carry a big stick and you could win the Florida State League Player of the Week Award just like Steve Brasher. He really dazzled on the diamond this week with a .550 average to take home the trophy. The Charlotte catcher went 11-for-20, drove in 4 runs, scored 4 times and hit 1 home run.
