7-3 Loss Extends New Orleans Losing Streak
The Antelope Valley Raptors picked up a win at The Aerie, downing the New Orleans Crawdaddy's, 7-3. On the mound for Antelope Valley was right-hander Terry Lambert, who played a pivotal role in the win. New Orleans is in the throes of a losing streak which has reached 9 games.

Mike Green had a big grand slam home run for the Raptors in the bottom of the sixth inning. With Antelope Valley leading 1-0 and the bases loaded, he sized up a fastball from Patrick Sanders, who is a two-time All-Star, and punished it. The result was his 9th home run of the season, which put the Raptors on top, 5-0.

"You have to trust that what you're doing is going to produce results," said Lambert.
