OSA (POT rated CON-POW-EYE; OVR/POT) for hitters
OSA (POT rated STU-MOV-CON; OVR/POT) for pitchers

VERY (~$1 mil or less) cheap “last guy on staff” guys (available as sign and trade or straight up):
CL Wally Cadena (50-50-55; 50/50): veteran RH bullpen guy with captain trait!
RP Gabe Doyle (60-55-40; 45/45)
RP John Gargus (60-50-45; 45/45): Lefty specialist type making the minimum
SP Jason Hopewell (50-45-45; 45/45)
RP Joe Kramer (60-60-55; 45/45)
RP Sterling Michalski (45-55-65; 45/45): High W/E; Fan Fav; 4 more years of control
SP Nate Parlett (50-45-50; 45/45): Lefty swingman type with a 3rd pitch that is 50-50
RP Ricardo Quiroga (55-40-55; 45/45): 3 legit pitches…obviously better as RP but could start
RP Chris Santoro (70-45-60; 50/55): headed for first arb year in 2015
RP Mike Saulnier (65-45-60; 45/50): Low MOV won’t play in PHI, but it might in your home park

Other pitching on the AAA/SKY borderline (all on MiLCs!):
RP Tom Allers (60-60-45; 40/40)
P Tyrese Fitten (55-35-55; 40/40): 3 legit pitches…SP or RP
RP Tyler Liebengood (70-40-45; 45/45)
RP David Robinson (80-45-35; 50/50); Poor man’s Pat Jackson is TTO AAA stud

3B Jason Hutchesson (50-70-30; 45/45): won’t cost much to acquire or pay in 2015; switch hitter
AAA DH Sergio Camacho (45-50-60; 45/45): on an MiLC next year after a 3 WAR season in AAA
AAA 2B/SS Arturo Garza (45-30-45; 40/45): Great MI D and speed
AAA 3B Ludovico Usui (40-60-40; 40/40)
AAA LF Jimmy Vickers (45-55-65; 45/45): Former SKY caliber OF on a MiLC in 2015

Sign and trade with expired FA SPs:
Tony Caban
Collin Cardona

One of
RF Brian Chevalier
LF Luis Contreras
LF Tony Flores
CF Jesse McMichael

will be traded this offseason. Looking for SKY caliber SP, a good prospect haul, or both, depending on which you want. Not all are the same price, nor should they be
