Brewers Earn 7-4 Win Versus Elizabethton
The Helena Brewers topped the Elizabethton Twins by a score of 7-4. Leading the way was third baseman Benton Kiser. Kiser was 3-3 with 3 singles, a walk, and was hit by a pitch for the Brewers. Fred Meyer picked up the win with 7.2 innings of work. He allowed 4 runs on 5 hits, while walking 3 and striking out 4. On the season, he is now 3-1. Russ Stroebel, summoned from the bullpen, notched his 5th save.
