The San Francisco Giants trumped the Portland Hops, 4-2, at Oracle Park. San Francisco right fielder Zavier Austin was terrific. He went 3 for 4 with 2 home runs and a double. The winner in relief was Jarrett Arojo. He is now 5-1. The right-hander allowed 1 run on 1 hit in 2 innings. San Francisco has a record of 12-15.

Austin had a big at-bat with the bases empty in the bottom of the fourth inning, when he hit a solo home run. The Giants went on to win.
