Dolphins Best Quahogs, 5-1
|
West Palm Beach starter Edbert Coleman had a strong outing against the Buckeye Quahogs at Surprise Stadium. The left-hander was a big part of his team's 5-1 win. The Dolphins, at 19-12, lead by one game in their division.
Anthony Smith, the 18-year old center fielder , had a direct impact on the outcome. Smith contributed a run-scoring ground out in the top of the first inning to put West Palm Beach up, 1-0.
"I had pretty good command out there," said Coleman.
