The Fresno Falcons picked up a win at The BeerGarden, courtesy of Lyle Bramlage. The left-hander helped his team stop the Portland Hops, 3-1. Gregg Walters earned the save, his 11th, for the Falcons. The second-place Falcons raised their record to 20-13.

Bramlage, the winner, is now 3-2. In 8 innings of work, he gave up 1 run on 5 hits, while collecting 8 Ks. He essentially shut down the Portland offense.
