The Portland Hops picked up a win at Busch Stadium, taking down the St. Louis Cardinals, 4-3. Starting pitcher B.J. Crawford was a big reason why. Vic Mallery nailed down his 10th save. Portland now sits at 16-31, while St. Louis falls to 30-17.

Who knows how it might've ended, had it not been for Pete Koo? The Portland center fielder had a 2-run double in the top of the fourth inning to put the Hops on top, 3-2. For the game, Koo had 1 double and 1 single in 4 at-bats.

"B.J. is tough when he's hitting his spots," said Portland manager Alberto Velasquez.
