Omaha Fall Again, 4-2
|
The Victoria HarbourCats and Omaha Storm Chasers played an exciting game.
Victoria HarbourCats starter Ben Gaetz turned in a top-notch performance against the Omaha Storm Chasers at Security Service Field. The result was a win for the HarbourCats, 4-2. The save was credited to Jhonny Guevara, his 4th.
The HarbourCats got a big at-bat from designated hitter Yimaury Paz. For the game, Paz went 1 for 3 with a double and a walk. He drove in 2 runs. In the bottom of the sixth, with runners on 1st and 2nd, he stroked a 2-run double. His 19th double of the season gave Victoria a 4-2 lead.
"Been a rough stretch for us," said Omaha manager Angel Romo.
Victoria has now won 5 games in a row.
