Tucson Topples Oklahoma City, 4-1
|
Tucson Sidewinders pitcher Dylan Becker was in fine form, leading his team past the Oklahoma City Wranglers, 4-1. The Sidewinders go to 64-57, putting them 4th in the Pacific Coast League Pacific Division.
Tucson grabbed control in the bottom of the sixth. With one out and runners on 1st and 3rd, Alejandro Madrid delivered a run-scoring single, to make it 2-1 in favor of the Sidewinders.
"Don't let his youth fool you," said Sidewinders manager Mike Briggs. "Dylan knows what he's doing out there."
