Giants Fall Short at Indianapolis, 5-4
|
Indianapolis designated hitter Michael Paul had a 3-RBI performance, which helped his team down the San Francisco Giants, 5-4. The triumph puts Indianapolis at 32-23 for the season.
The game was still up for grabs in the bottom of the tenth. With no one out, Paul hit a curveball from Lincoln Kankkunnen for a solo home run. The Ignition, in dramatic fashion, had a walk-off win.
"Good win for us, tough loss for them," said Paul.
