The Montgomery Biscuits and Chattanooga Scouts played an exciting game.

The Montgomery Biscuits had to overcome a big game from Chattanooga first baseman Sam DeJournett to leave AT&T Field with a victory. And they did, winning 4-3. DeJournett was 3 for 4 with 3 singles and a walk, while scoring 2 runs. Montgomery, now 69-54, holds down second place in the Southern League Southeast Division.

The result might have been different for Montgomery, had it not been for Eduard Pasichnychenko, the former first round draft pick . Pasichnychenko stroked a run-scoring sacrifice fly in the top of the eighth inning to put Montgomery up, 4-3. For the game, he had 1 double and 2 singles in 4 at-bats.

"We'll put this win in our pocket and go after the next one," said Pasichnychenko.
