Blue Jays Prevail, as Divisional Series Goes to the Wire
The Toronto Blue Jays are off to the Regional Championship Series after an exciting Divisional Series triumph.

Toronto downed the Cincinnati Reds, but needed the entire series to do so, with a 1-0 win tonight at Rogers Centre wrapping up the series 4-3.

"It's every guy in this room that made this happen. Without us all pulling in the same direction, we don't win this series," said Atlas Alvarado, who earned MVP honors for a standout offensive series.

Alvarado put up a .345 with a .387 on-base percentage in the series. He also had 2 home runs, drove in 4 runs and scored 5 runs himself.

The Regional Championship Series matchups and schedule will be announced after the Divisional Series finishes.
