Knights Send Capellan to Philadelphia Monday, April 29th , 2052 Sometimes a change of scenery can be a beneficial to a baseball player. That is the hope in Las Vegas and Philadelphia as the teams came to an agreement today which sends 31-year old LHP Raymundo Capellan to the Phillies and $1 in cash to the Knights. "Only time will tell if this is the right move for everyone," stated the Philadelphia GM. Las Vegas will retain a portion of Capellan's remaining contract. In his career, Capellan has crafted a 83-66 mark with a 3.46 ERA and tossed 1374.2 innings. Opposing clubs are batting .223 against him and he has 1827 strikeouts. |
