Pla Hurt, Listed Day-to-Day Tuesday, July 2nd , 2052 Fresno star right fielder Connor Pla was injured yesterday against Boston while running the bases. He sustained a strained achilles tendon and is listed on the injury report as day-to-day. The team trainer said Pla will likely not miss too much action, perhaps one week. For the year Pla has hit .252 with 6 home runs, 16 RBIs and scored 20 runs. |
