Omaha Storm Chasers Mathematically Out of Playoffs Monday, August 5th , 2052 There would have never been more than a tiny glimmer of hope, but today even that is gone. The Omaha Storm Chasers have been officially eliminated from playoff contention. The Storm Chasers have missed the playoffs 45 times in their 49 years as a Triple A franchise. This playoff miss is the club's 21st in a row, with their last postseason appearance coming in 2031. Omaha last won the AAA Championship Series in 2007. |
