Cedar Rapids Center Fielder Picked MID Player of the Week Monday, July 22nd , 2052 All week long nobody could get Felix Gleason out in the Midwest League and that is the prime reason he was voted the Player of the Week. The Cedar Rapids center fielder took home the trophy by blasting 12 hits in 25 at-bats for a .480 batting average, driving in 6 runs and scoring 11 times. Thus far this season Gleason is hitting .310 with 7 home runs, 39 RBIs and 46 runs scored. He has 101 hits in 326 at-bats and has played in 81 games. |
