Yount Captures NWL Batter of Month Award Thursday, August 1st , 2052 Kennewick Marauders fans believe they've got a talented young star in Cash Yount. He did nothing to dissuade that notion in July, as he hit .358 with 7 home runs, 27 RBIs and 26 runs scored. The end result was the center fielder being named the Northwest League Batter of the Month. In 38 games this season Yount has batted at a .311 pace with 47 hits and 8 home runs. |
