Boston picked up a win at Globe Life Field, toppling the Texas Rangers, 4-2. Pitcher Collin McHugh was one of the reasons the Red Sox triumphed. With the win, Boston raised its record to 26-22.

Boston used the timely hitting of Rafael Devers to seize the win. The third baseman stroked a run-scoring single in the top of the eighth inning to put the Red Sox on top, 3-2. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.

"Winning the game is always the first objective," McHugh said.
