Team A sends:
SP John Smith (ML)
RP John Jones (AAA)
$2M Cash
Team B sends:
SP John Smith (ML)
RP John Jones (AAA)
$2M Cash
It may seem small, but the "sends" usage REALLY helps when moving people into the trade window.
If you are sending CASH, then it's CASH.
The confirming post SHOULD always QUOTE the previous post, to avoid confusion and changes after the fact, otherwise I have to assume.

Feel free to leave instructions for the commissioner in the trade post for the commissioner to follow when trade is processed. However, I would prefer to not do within organization transactions. You are always free to DFA to-be-traded players and call up/demote your own players.
