As we near the end of the 2020 season, the leadership committee and I have decided to make a significant change to the CLUB: SCOUTS
Scouting will be added on the first day of the upcoming offseason. Teams will "draft" scouts in the coming days in preparation for the switch-over.

The purpose of these changes is to make the league more friendly to newcomers. I want what defines the CLUB to be the fact that it is the only real team, real player pro/rel league in OOTP. It is not essential to me that it currently has no scouts, and I actually feel that this deters some new recruits. Other than our defining pro/rel-ness, I want this league to be as "regular" as possible to allow the most people the opportunity to enjoy it.
