POLL: Competitive Balance Picks

We're considering implementing competitive balance picks. Tell us if you support this, and if so, who should the picks go to?

I talked about this earlier off of Jon's comments about doing a point system to reward compensation picks. I think this would help tanking for most teams. If you go by the budget(i believe it's the newest budget figures) and give one point to the highest team and 30 to the lowest(1-30). For wins you start with 30 for the team with the most wins and one for the lowest amount of wins. 8 of the 10 teams that are near the bottom of the payroll would get a compensation pick and only two mid range budget teams would get a pick.

it's kind of hard to read, but it starts with points for highest budget and then i figured wins and losses and then gave points to the most wins and the last row is the total points. sorry for it looking squished together.

Closing this one. The majority of the league is in favor of competitive balance picks. I'll work out the specifics with the leadership committee, but we will have competitive balance picks next year.
