Should we switch to an IFA soft cap?

My vote is yes. It'll eliminate randomness of multiple teams offering the max and the player only picking one, and it will allow rebuilding teams to tap into more of their available money.

Calling this one, the vote seems overwhelming. We will switch to a $5 million IAFA soft cap next year.
