There has been discussion on the possibility of implementing a hard salary cap. No changes are going to be implemented for the foreseeable future. However, I'd like to gauge the opinion of the league as a whole on this issue.

I don't know how well the game does it, but I like the idea of a soft cap with severe penalties. We could discuss manual penalties to avoid the possibility of glitches in the game, as well.

I'll close this one, as I have gotten the information I need. It seems a majority of the league is in favor of some kind of salary cap. I'll continue to discuss with the leadership committee. No changes will be made without advance warning so teams can plan for them.
