POLL: GM Control
We've had discussion recently about managers taking control of lineups away from the GM. We will vote to enable the legacy setting to always allow GMs control over lineups/pitching staff.

Since everyone is voting and not really providing a discussion, I want to state why I voted no.
In the game we have managers. These managers are hired and can be fired by us. Just like real life the manager ultimately has control of the lineups as the GM has the control of the product on the field. I do not see much difference in this for OOTP. If you hire a seasoned manager I see no issue why they cannot have control of the lineups. Or on the other side of things, you can do as the RL Yankees and Red Sox have done and hire first-year managers so that the front office has more control over all aspects. Either way, I am fine with going back to the previous setting since you can assign your manager to have the control. But for the realism of OOTP, I vote to keep this setting on.

Starting after the sim today, GMs will always have control over lineups.
