POLL: IAFA Signing Period

In another league, someone mentioned that changing the IAFA signing period to the offseason would help extend the negotiating period, and prevent free agents from accepting their first, best offer with no chance given to teams to re-negotiate. We will vote on this change.

Voted no because there won't be any reason to ever set aside an IFA budget anymore.
