Marlins Topple Astros with Late Rally
The Houston (GCL) Astros got a superb performance from pitcher Kevin Luskey, but the Miami (GCL) Marlins still won the game, 7-4. Luskey threw 5.1 innings allowing 2 runs. The Marlins sport a record of 31-15.

It could have been a different outcome for Miami (GCL), had it not been for Shamel Bowdery, the 20-year old shortstop . Bowdery contributed a run-scoring hit-by-pitch in the top of the eighth inning to put Miami (GCL) up, 6-4.

Bowdery said afterward that the win gets the team one step closer to its goal.
