The Texas Rangers picked up a win at Miller Park, knocking off the Milwaukee Brewers, 5-3. Starting pitcher Jared Watkins played a key role in the triumph. Giustiniano DiGrande collected his 3rd save. Milwaukee has now lost 4 in a row.

Texas needed the clutch hitting of Bob Armstrong to notch the win. The center fielder hammered a 2-run home run in the top of the eighth inning to put the Rangers on top, 5-3. For the game, Armstrong had 1 home run and 1 single in 4 at-bats.

"Some wins are easy and some are difficult, but either way we come to the ballpark ready to work hard every day," Armstrong told the Texas Gazette.
