Crawford Propels Texas to 3-1 Win
Starting pitcher Mike Crawford was a major factor in the 3-1 Texas Rangers triumph over the Ottawa Lynx. Giustiniano DiGrande got credit for the save for Texas. It was his 10th of the year. Texas now owns a record of 60-83.

Crawford, the winner, is now 5-16. In 8 innings of work, he gave up 1 run on 4 hits, while collecting 6 Ks. He essentially shut down the Ottawa offense.

"The fans pay the tickets and help us do what we do, so we like to put on a show for them," Crawford told the Texas Gazette.
