Otero on the Attack, Player of the Week Monday, August 12th , 2041 Tony Otero had a week for the ages as he romped to the Triple-A West Player of the Week Award. The happy-go-lucky 36-year-old still plays ball like a kid, mashing and slashing as he goes. The Oklahoma City Dodgers second baseman hit .636 last week as he chalked up 14 hits in 22 at-bats, 1 home run, 8 RBIs and 5 runs scored. Thus far this year Otero is batting .305 with 14 home runs, 54 RBIs and 56 runs scored. |
