El Paso Wins it All Monday, September 23rd , 2041 The El Paso faithful were cheering in the streets, and Reno fans wiping away the tears, after the Chihuahuas won the Round 1 at Sierra Nevada Stadium today. The Chihuahuas clinched it by knocking off the Aces 3-2 to take their 4th Triple-A West crown. El Paso took the series 4-1. "This club never gave up all year long," El Paso manager told the press. "They believed they could win the title and they did." On the way to the Round 1 title, El Paso compiled a 101-43 won-loss record and finished first in the East Division.
