Browning Picked Best Player Monday, May 5th , 2042 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the Double-A Northeast, but last week Ben Browning of the New Hampshire Fisher Cats reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Browning rocked opposing pitching for a .500 average (5-for-10), 4 home runs and 13 RBIs to come away with the award. This year Browning has 6 home runs and a .296 batting average. |
