AA NE's #1 Player, Miller of Somerset Monday, April 28th , 2042 Pitchers who faced the Somerset Patriots last week were happy to see Josh Miller in the rear-view mirror. The 23-year-old right fielder was dubbed the Double-A Northeast Player of the Week for a 8-game tear that saw him hit at a .462 clip. For the week he also chalked up 12 hits in 26 at-bats, 3 home runs, 6 RBIs and 5 runs scored. Looking at his stats this year, Miller has compiled a .356 batting average, while hitting 3 home runs and driving in 11 runs. He has played in 15 games and scored 8 runs. |
