Sinclair Sizzles -- Smokes Lookouts for 6 Hits Tuesday, April 29th , 2042 Jim Sinclair exploded for a barrage of base hits today at AT&T Field. The Jackson shortstop had a field day in the 12-1 triumph over the Chattanooga Lookouts, finishing 6-for-6. "My hitting philosophy is simple," he said. "I focus on just seeing the ball and I try to get a good pitch." Sinclair must have focused at least 6 times and apparently got some good pitches, too, leading to one of his best days ever with the bat. Jim Sinclair singled in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, doubled in the 5th, singled in the 6th, doubled in the 8th and singled in the 9th. Sinclair is hitting .429 this year with no home runs, 0 RBIs and 5 runs scored. He has 12 hits in 28 at-bats, 5 walks and a .543 on-base percentage. Sinclair has played in 11 games.
