Top TEX Reliever Honored Saturday, October 4th, 2025 He may only be 23, but Eric Price of the Springfield Cardinals has already established himself as one of the elite relievers in the Texas League. The reliever was today named the TEX Reliever of the Year Award winner for 2025. He won the award with a strong year that saw him put up 29 saves in 50 relief appearances and 69 strikeouts in 52 innings. He had a record of 3-3 to go with his 2.08 ERA. He received 8 first place votes, as a unanimous winner. Bennie Ross of the Tulsa Drillers finished second in voting, while António García of the Corpus Christi Hooks finished third.
