A- West Announces Player of the Week Monday, September 9th , 2041 It was announced today by the Low-A West that Rancho Cucamonga first baseman Oliver Bristow had received the Player of the Week Trophy for his superlative play last week. The Rancho Cucamonga first baseman wreaked havoc on opposing pitchers, pounding them for a .538 average (7-for-13) with 2 home runs and 5 RBIs on his way to claiming the honor. In 95 games this year Bristow has posted a .243 average and put up these numbers: 10 home runs, 33 RBIs and 41 runs scored. |
