Flying Tigers Lambright Strikes out 17 Thursday, May 16th , 2041 Led by an outstanding performance from starter Sam Lambright, the Lakeland Flying Tigers topped the Dunedin Blue Jays today by a score of 7-2 at Joker Marchant Stadium. The 28-year-old Lambright brought his top game to the mound, striking out 17 batters while allowing 4 hits and giving up 1 walk. "He made a lot of good pitches out there," Blue Jays manager said. "He made some of our guys look bad. We didn't help matters, but we really have to give him credit -- he didn't make many mistakes." Up to now Lambright has recorded a record of 3-1.
