Días Sizzles -- Smokes BlueClaws for 5 Hits Wednesday, June 15th, 2033 Power second baseman José Días had his way with Lakewood pitching today at First Energy Park and mauled them for 5 hits in 6 at-bats. His efforts were all in vain, though, as the BlueClaws ruined his great day by toppling the Power, 9-8. "I had a great day, but you've got to give Lakewood credit, they did what they had to do to win," he told reporters after the game. "They weren't very impressed with my 5 hits." "Oh, we noticed what Días did today," BlueClaws skipper said. "He had quite a game. I can tell you this, we will pitch him a little differently the next time we face him." José Días singled in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, struck out in the 5th, hit an RBI double in the 6th, singled in the 8th and singled in the 9th.
