Winston-Salem Pitcher Named A+ East's #1 Player Monday, May 12th , 2042 Winston-Salem starting pitcher, Jesús Ocasio put it in overdrive last week and cruised to 2 wins in the High-A East and was voted its top performer. For his outstanding mound work he was given the A+ East Player of the Week trophy. For the week the Dash hurler compiled a fine 2-0 won-lost record, surrendered 10 hits and fanned 15 in 16 innings and put up an impressive 0.00 ERA. So far this season Ocasio has a 4-0 record, 5 starts, 39 innings, 45 strikeouts and a 1.38 ERA. |
