NYP Player of the Week Chosen
Monday, September 5th, 2033
It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the New York-Penn League, but last week Thad Clark of the West Virginia Black Bears reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Clark rocked opposing pitching for a .480 average (12-for-25), 2 home runs and 9 RBIs to come away with the award.

Thus far this season in 65 games Clark is batting .248 with 6 home runs, 41 RBIs and 41 runs scored. He has 56 hits in 226 at-bats.
