Jiménez Week's Best in A+ West Monday, June 3rd , 2041 Luis Jiménez made quite a splash in the High-A West this past week. The Tri-City Dust Devils catcher drilled opposing pitchers for 7 hits in 18 at-bats to roll up a .389 batting average and the High-A West Player of the Week Award. He also contributed 3 home runs, 5 RBIs and 3 runs scored to his club's offensive attack. This season Jiménez has hit 6 home runs and posted a .269 batting average. |
