In an impressive outing that keyed the Royals to a 14-0 victory, Barnes had 22 strikeouts and surrendered 2 walks. "He mixed his pitches well and hit his spots, plus he got a little help from above," said FCL Kansas City manager . "Joe really took it to another level today."
