16 Ks for Dale, Beats GCL North Port (ATL) 5-1 Thursday, August 12th, 2032 Tony Dale of the GCL Lakeland (DET2) Tigers West put on a pitching clinic today at Spurs Stadium as he struck out 16 GCL North Port (ATL) Braves in a 5-1 victory. Dale, who leads the GCL in innings pitched with 59.2, was simply magnificent as he held the Braves to 3 hits. He walked 4. "I felt okay at the beginning," Dale said, "but eventually my cutter really started working. I also have to thank my catcher for calling a great game." When asked about Dale's performance, Tigers West manager shook his head and said, "Yeah, he was good out there today. He was dominating." This year Dale has a 5-1 record and a 3.02 ERA.
