FCL Boston Playoff Hopes Officially Zero Friday, September 13th , 2041 The 2041 Florida Complex League season has a ways to go still, but the final weeks won't have playoff implications for the FCL Boston Red Sox -- they were officially eliminated from postseason contention today. FCL Boston last appeared in the postseason in 2037. This is their 4th consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 15 times in their 27-year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Red Sox have made the playoffs 3 times. |
